Timing
Wedding invoices often need clearer due dates than other photography work.
Many photographers collect a retainer when the couple books, then collect the remaining balance before the wedding date or before final image delivery. The invoice should show the date due and the payment already received so there is no confusion.
For albums and parent albums, separate the included package items from post-wedding upgrades so the couple can see what changed after approval.
