Invoice notes

Make the payment terms match the booking agreement.

Photography invoices often follow a proposal or contract that already covered the session date, cancellation terms, usage rights, delivery timeline, and retainer. The invoice should not rewrite that agreement, but it should make the amount due clear.

If a retainer or deposit was already paid, show it as payment received so the client sees the final balance instead of the original package total.
