1. Operator and acceptance
Proproval, operated by Mark Anthony Studios Incorporated, provides the services described in these Terms. “We” and “us” refer to Mark Anthony Studios Incorporated. By using Proproval, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Proproval is intended for business workflows. If you act for a business, you must have authority to use its account and request actions for it.
2. Service and connected authority
Proproval helps sellers maintain client and service records, prepare proposals and invoices, publish client-facing links, support customer approval/payment workflows and prepare communications. The connected plugin provides a defined subset of these features through your authenticated Proproval account. Website features are not automatically plugin capabilities.
Keep credentials confidential and use the hosted sign-in/consent flow to connect. Do not place passwords, verification codes, OAuth tokens or bank details in chat. The connection operates within the authenticated seller's account and granted scopes; it does not authorize access to another seller's records.
Review the selected client, document, amount and requested action. Confirm consequential actions only when intended, including publication, invoice creation, eligible voiding and external payment-account setup. A view or draft request does not authorize publication or delivery. Freshness, ownership, state and confirmation requirements can prevent an action.
3. Your information and document review
You retain ownership of your supplied business content. You are responsible for having authority to provide and use business/client information, its accuracy, and the services, prices, taxes, terms and representations you approve. Provide only needed information. Our handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Review imported or AI-generated narrative before using it with customers. It can be inaccurate or incomplete and is not independent legal, accounting or tax advice. Proproval's authoritative financial snapshot, rather than generated prose, determines document totals. Creating an invoice is not proof of customer approval or payment.
Published proposal versions and exposed financial history are preserved through the product workflow. Corrections may require a private revision and separate publication. Protected financial states cannot be freely overwritten. Revising an exposed unpaid invoice can disable further payment initiation on its previous version. Confirmed eligible voiding preserves history and may expire pending local payment attempts; it does not directly cancel a Stripe session or refund money. Protect client-facing links and share them only with intended recipients.
4. Communications and payments
Plugin email and WhatsApp tools prepare a handoff for you to review and send through your chosen service. They do not send messages. The plugin does not approve proposals on customers' behalf.
An expressly requested Stripe setup link can start or resume seller onboarding. Verification and bank information are entered on Stripe. The plugin can publish proposal/invoice links; customers independently approve or pay outside ChatGPT through the applicable Proproval/Stripe flow. Link creation is not a charge. The plugin does not directly charge cards, issue refunds, transfer money or record manual payments. Stripe's terms and the seller-customer relationship apply independently.
Proproval may offer monthly or annual subscriptions. Existing product billing uses Stripe and the billing portal. Review the plan and billing terms presented when subscribing, and contact support for cancellation or billing questions. Disconnecting the plugin does not cancel a subscription. These Terms do not promise that account deletion automatically cancels billing or refunds a completed payment. The plugin does not sell subscriptions or upgrades.
5. Platform ownership and acceptable use
Proproval retains ownership of its software, branding and platform; this does not transfer your business content to us. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit malicious content, misrepresent approvals/payments or violate applicable law. Connected services' own rules apply to their use. Availability through ChatGPT does not imply endorsement by OpenAI.
6. Availability and third parties
Proproval depends on authentication, hosting/database, AI, payment and communications providers. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages or uncertain responses can delay work. Follow product retry/support guidance before repeating consequential actions; an uncertain response is not proof of failure or success. Connected-host availability also depends on that host's permissions and account settings.
7. Suspension, termination and deletion
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You can disconnect a connection and, while eligible, reconnect with fresh consent. Disconnecting does not undo completed actions or delete the Proproval account; an already-authorized operation may finish.
Request account deletion in Proproval Settings or contact support for help. Read the result and contact support if completion is uncertain. Financial, security, command-retry, provider and backup records can have separate retention requirements, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not promise immediate erasure of every copy or an automated retention deadline for every record.
Deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription, reverse a payment, erase recipients' copies or control separately held ChatGPT history. Proproval does not offer account undelete or restoration. Contact support for billing cancellation, unresolved financial matters or privacy requests.
8. Existing service limitations and governing law
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, the existing service terms exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
